The delivery was lightning quick—just three days after I placed the order, which I did around 4:00am. The scooter is top-notch; both my 25-year-old son and my husband are thrilled with it. The price was fair too (I've seen them way pricier on other websites), and I loved that I could use Klarna to split the payment into three easy installments. Just awesome!

I accidentally ordered a scooter online from Moose, thinking I was getting a brand new one, but it turned out to be refurbished. As soon as I figured it out, I requested a refund before the scooter even showed up. To make a long story short, the scooter arrived, and I sent it back right away. The company claimed it was delivered after 1km, but I had actually ridden it for 166km! 😌😂 I was furious. I didn’t even open the box before returning it. In the end, I got my money back, but with some deductions. Honestly, from my experience, it’s way better to stick with new scooters instead of refurbished ones.

I've gotta say, this is the best customer service I've experienced in ages!! I’ve never had an Ebike before and honestly, I hadn’t been on a bike in years. I was on the hunt for a fresh way to commute, but man, the choices out there were overwhelming with all those different prices and specs. I chatted with the Ebike crew, and they really took the time to understand what I needed. Ended up with a nearly new E-Bike (just a few tiny scratches) that looks amazing and was delivered for free the very next day! Huge thanks to everyone at Moose - I can't recommend them enough.
